Title: Solution Architect
Location: Remote(Travel Required 20-30%)

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Design high level, end to end architectures across applications, infrastructure, cloud, data, and integrations.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, reference architectures, and long term roadmaps.
• Govern solution patterns, integration approaches, and architectural decisions.
• Define and guide cloud, application, and integration strategies (e.g., Azure, AWS, M365, SaaS platforms).
• Lead greenfield implementations and large scale migrations (cloud, SaaS, legacy modernization) with focus around Workday, ServiceNow, Dell Boomi.
• Evaluate and approve new technologies for enterprise adoption.
• Ensure consistency, interoperability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Define transition architectures and migration roadmaps.
• Ensure minimal risk and business disruption during transformation initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• 15 + years of experience
• Experience with Workday, Dell Boomi, ServiceNow.
• Experience with advanced Active Directory, O365, software installation.
• Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on user satisfaction.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
