Description Of Services:
Roles and Responsibilities

• Design high level, end to end architectures across applications, infrastructure, cloud, data, and integrations
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, reference architectures, and long term roadmaps
• Govern solution patterns, integration approaches, and architectural decisions
• Define and guide cloud, application, and integration strategies (e.g., Azure, AWS, M365, SaaS platforms)
• Lead greenfield implementations and large scale migrations (cloud, SaaS, legacy modernization) with focus around Workday, ServiceNow, Dell Boomi
• Evaluate and approve new technologies for enterprise adoption
• Ensure consistency, interoperability, scalability, and cost efficiency
• Define transition architectures and migration roadmaps
• Ensure minimal risk and business disruption during transformation initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile

• 15 + years of experience
• Experience with Workday, Dell Boomi, ServiceNow
• Experience with advanced Active Directory, O365, software installation.
• Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on user satisfaction.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks based on urgency

Deliverables:
-Process Flows -Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members -Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility -Participate in data conversion and data maintenance -Provide best practice and industry specific solutions -Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions -Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed. -Participate as a team member of the functional team -Perform other duties as assigned.
