Description Of Services:
Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans aligned with program objectives and business outcomes. Assess change impact across people, processes, culture, and technology. Define change success metrics and adoption KPIs. Identify and manage key stakeholders across all organizational levels. Coach and support executive sponsors and leaders to effectively lead change. Facilitate leadership alignment and readiness for transformation. Support users through go-live and post-implementation stabilization. Desired Candidate Profile 15 + years of experience 10+ yrs experience in OCM or transformation initiatives Experience supporting global organizations with integrations and spin offs Experience with Workday, Dell Boomi, ServiceNow Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong knowledge of change management methodologies Strong customer service orientation with a focus on user satisfaction. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks based on urgency.

Deliverables:
Create and execute targeted communication plans, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely messaging. Develop executive briefings, town halls, FAQs, and change updates. Ensure two-way communication and feedback mechanisms. Integrate change activities into overall program and project plans. Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Owners, and Service Delivery teams. Ensure change management activities scale across multiple workstreams and releases. Partner with training teams to design and deliver role-based training and enablement plans. Ensure readiness through job aids, playbooks, and reinforcement tools. Support users through go-live and post-implementation stabilization.
