Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 Data Migration Lead to drive and oversee data migration from legacy systems (including MS Dynamics 365) into SAP S/4HANA. This role represents the business team, ensuring data readiness, providing best-practice guidance, and coordinating closely with SAP implementation partners. The ideal candidate will have strong techno-functional expertise and proven experience leading complex data migration programs. Key Responsibilities: Represent the business team throughout the data migration lifecycle Provide guidance on best practices, data quality, and transformation activities Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and SAP implementation partners Lead planning and execution of data migration including mapping, transformation, validation, and loading Manage mock loads, test loads, and cutover activities Oversee data extraction and cleansing activities with business owners Serve as SME for SAP Migration Cockpit including templates, mapping, and sequencing Define and guide transformation rules and requirements Lead legacy system functional teams and coordinate across workstreams Track progress, resolve issues, and ensure accountability across teams Develop migration plans, schedules, and risk logs Manage deliverables, milestones, and provide regular status updates Escalate risks and issues as required Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA data migration Expertise in SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC/LTMOM) Strong understanding of SAP master and transactional data Ability to work across functional and technical domains Experience leading cross-functional teams and workstreams Strong project planning, delivery, and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Preferred Skills: Experience with ETL tools such as SAP Data Services Exposure to global or multi-wave S/4HANA transformation programs Knowledge of data governance and enterprise data processes Certifications: SAP S/4HANA Certification (preferred) Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: SAP S/4HANA Certification
