Job Description:
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced AFS Vision QA Analyst to support ongoing testing efforts within our AFS Vision platform. This role will focus heavily on test management, test script development, and execution to enhance and expand our existing testing framework. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with AFS Vision and possess the ability to translate functional requirements into detailed, executable test cases.
This position will augment our current QA team by adding additional capacity to refine and scale our testing processes, ensuring comprehensive system validation and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test scripts for the AFS Vision platform
- Expand upon existing high-level test cases to create comprehensive functional and integration test scenarios
- Participate in test planning and test management activities across project workstreams
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and platform SMEs to understand system functionality and testing requirements
- Validate system enhancements, configurations, and integrations within AFS Vision
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing cycles
- Assist in ensuring appropriate test coverage across impacted business processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA standards, methodologies, and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience testing within the AFS Vision platform
- Experience writing and managing detailed test scripts and test cases
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test lifecycle, and defect management processes
- Experience supporting functional, integration, and/or UAT testing efforts
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within financial services or commercial lending environments
- Familiarity with core banking or loan servicing platforms
- Experience working in large-scale system implementation or integration initiatives
- Exposure to test management tools (e.g., Jira, ALM, Azure DevOps, etc.)
