Establish and drive HR and recruiting roadmap across the US, Canada, and Latin America to align with global business objectives; lead resource forecasting and allocation to ensure optimal staffing levels and skill distribution; manage the end-to-end recruitment process (source, interview, and selection) while developing strategies to reduce cost-per-hire without compromising quality; ensure total legal compliance and strict adherence to FMLA and FLSA guidelines across all applicable regions; determine and manage competitive compensation and benefits structures to attract and retain personnel; prepare and oversee the annual budget for personnel operations; establish and streamline personnel policies regarding workplace integrity, conduct, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP); manage the end-to-end performance appraisal process and develop training programs to keep the workforce up-to-date with industry trends; act as the primary lead for grievance handling, conflict mediation, and sensitive employee-related issues, including severances and disciplinary actions; and proactively recommend and implement enhancements to personnel practices to improve organizational efficiency. Requirements - Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field of study and five years of human resources experience or Bachelor’s degree and seven years of post-baccalaureate and progressive experience in human resources. Five years of work experience with recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources management, and performance management. Rate of Pay: $180,000.00 to $210,000.00/year.
