Job Duties and Responsibilities
* Manage the complete recruitment process for IT and non-IT positions across the United States.
* Source qualified candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
* Review resumes and conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, communication, work authorization, and job suitability.
* Understand client requirements and identify candidates who closely match the required skills, experience, location, and employment type.
* Recruit candidates for full-time, contract, contract-to-hire, W-2, and C2C opportunities.
* Work with U.S. visa categories and employment authorizations, including U.S. citizens, s, H-1B, H-4 L-2 OPT, STEM OPT, and other eligible work-authorized candidates.
* Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, clients, and technical teams.
* Follow up with candidates throughout the interview, selection, offer, onboarding, and placement process.
* Negotiate salary, hourly rates, employment terms, start dates, and other offer details.
* Maintain accurate candidate records, interview updates, submissions, and recruitment activity in the applicant tracking system.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
* Develop professional relationships with candidates, consultants, vendors, hiring managers, and clients.
* Ensure candidates receive timely communication and a positive recruitment experience.
* Assist with onboarding documentation, background checks, employment verification, and other HR-related processes.
* Meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets, including candidate submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.
* Stay informed about U.S. employment trends, recruiting practices, job-market conditions, and applicable employment regulations.
