Role Summary

Seeking an SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Lead to drive warehouse optimization and implementation projects for a global food and agriculture leader.

Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP EWM implementation, configuration, and optimization initiatives
Design warehouse processes including inbound/outbound, slotting, and inventory management
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate to system solutions
Oversee integration between EWM and other SAP modules (MM, SD, TM, etc.)
Provide technical guidance to development team and conduct user training
Support go-live activities, cutover planning, and post-production support

Requirements

5+ years hands-on experience with SAP EWM configuration and implementation
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes
Experience with S/4HANA EWM preferred
Knowledge of RF/mobile device integration and warehouse automation
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Experience in food, agriculture, or CPG industry is a plus
Willingness to work onsite in Minneapolis, MN
