Key Responsibilities

Using ServiceNow for Tickets.
Using confluence.
Working with SQL and able to query.
Working with Splunk logs and being able to look through.
Provide 24/5 support to our global AWM users, supporting day-to-day maintenance of critical applications to ensure seamless business operations, sustained operational stability, resilience, and high availability
Using various AI bots for help.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $25-$30 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
