- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, potential roadblocks, and dependencies before they impact delivery.
- Progress Tracking & Reporting: Prepare, maintain, and submit clear and concise activity/progress reports, tracking project velocity and burn-down metrics against milestones.
- Methodology & Best Practices: Define, teach, and enforce robust project management practices, ensuring the team adheres to established Agile/Scrum standards. Application of AI principles will be key to success.
- Relationship & Trust Building: Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment, promoting trust, open communication, and alignment among all project participants and sponsors.

- System Migration Expertise: Proven track record of successfully leading system replacement or software migration projects (specifically transitioning from third-party vendor packages to in-house custom builds). Direct experience with transitioning legacy platforms to AI first platforms will be a key success factor.
- Agile/Scrum Mastery: Deep practical knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, including experience managing backlogs, sprint planning, and agile metrics.
- Technical & Tool Proficiency: Proficient in project management and collaboration tools, including Jira, MS Project, Visio, and MS Office applications.
- Soft Skills: Developed communication, diplomacy, and negotiation skills to guide, influence, and convince stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve complex, interdependent project issues.
Preferred Skills :
