Job Description:
IAM Architect: Define and drive enterprise IAM strategy, architecture and roadmap aligned to business and security objectives
Designs scalable, secure, easily consumable/usable and resilient IAM solutions that are compliant to applicable regulatory requirements, covering Identity management, access management, access governance, and privileged access management capabilities for B2B, B2C and B2E use cases for IT/OT environments.Translates business goals into IAM technology and architecture visions, priorities and standardsDrives architecture delivery by participating in governance and developing IAM architecture artefacts such as blueprintsDevelops, maintains and communicates the overall IAM security architecture, policies and standards during development of application or infrastructureWork collaboratively with Enterprise architects, Security architects and business-technology leaders to set out the long-term IAM architecture strategy, roadmap and ambitionDeliver architecture for all the IAM capabilities and cross capabilitiesWork with engineering on product level with architecture designs in line with the overall IAM architecture designDevelop and manage IAM Target state for all capabilities and tooling based on enterprise wide use casesHelp build business cases to drive security and compliance agenda through IAMReduce identity fragmentation and technical debt through consolidation and modernization initiatives.Provide technical leadership to IAM engineers and cross functional teams
