- Consolidate and standardize information across the portfolio to support reporting, dashboards, and leadership reviews.
- Ensure adherence to established project and portfolio management processes.
- Assist in maintaining portfolio views, tracking progress against milestones, and spotting trends or concerns.
Performance Metrics- Support the creation, refinement, and reporting of performance metrics tied to portfolio outcomes.
- Compile, analyze, and visualize data using Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools.
- Help meet organizational expectations for transparent reporting on infrastructure portfolio performance.
Light Organizational Change Management (OCM) Support- Work with team to help ensure teams follow process changes and governance expectations.
- Assist in communications, documentation updates, and reinforcing changes across teams (minimal OCM ownership)
Day-to-Day Activities- Collect and validate project information from PMs via direct interactions.
- Compile project status summaries and ensure data consistency.
- Support team by executing the frameworks and processes she defines.
- Prepare reporting materials, presentations, and metric visualizations.
- Track follow-ups with PMs and ensure timely updates.

Position SummaryThe IT Business Systems Analyst supports the PMO, Organizational Change Management (OCM), and Performance Management functions within the technology organization. This role is responsible for executing and coordinating portfolio reporting, governance tracking, and performance metrics processes under the direction of leadership. The Analyst will provide structured analysis, reporting support, and cross-team coordination to ensure visibility and consistency across initiatives. This position supports leadership in executing established roadmaps and governance processes and does not own strategy or portfolio direction.
Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio & PMO Support- Maintain portfolio tracking tools, status reports, and documentation

Required Qualifications- 7-10 years of experience in business analysis, PMO support, program coordination, or operational reporting
- Experience working within IT or technology-focused organizations
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to synthesize information into clear and structured summaries
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work cross-functionally and follow through on deliverables
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting a PMO or portfolio management function
- Familiarity with Jira or similar project tracking tools
- Exposure to Organizational Change Management (OCM) practices
- Experience preparing materials for leadership meetings
