Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Security Consultant to design, implement, and support enterprise security solutions across SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP BTP Security, SAP Cloud Identity Services, SAP GRC/IAG, S/4HANA Security, and cloud identity & access management. This role involves designing secure cloud architectures, implementing authentication and authorization frameworks, supporting compliance initiatives, and securing integrations across SAP and third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise SAP BTP security architecture and governance frameworks
• Configure and manage SAP Cloud Identity Services, including IAS, IPS, Authorization & Trust Management, Cloud Connector, and Audit Log services
• Implement secure authentication mechanisms using SSO, SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect
• Design and maintain authorization models, role-based access controls (RBAC), and user provisioning processes
• Support Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and SAP GRC/IAG compliance initiatives
• Secure integrations between SAP BTP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and third-party applications
• Collaborate with development teams to implement security controls for SAP extensions, cloud applications, and CI/CD pipelines
• Support internal audits, compliance reviews, security assessments, and remediation activities
• Investigate and resolve SAP security incidents while ensuring platform security and compliance
• Develop and maintain security documentation, standards, and operational procedures
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for SAP cloud security implementations

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP BTP Security Certification
• Experience with SAP cloud migration, digital transformation, or company carve-out/spin-off programs
• Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industries
• Knowledge of Zero Trust security principles and cloud-native security architectures
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, or SAP Integration Suite security
