Role: .Net Lead/Architect with Healthcare domain

Overview:
Architect to drive solution design and technical leadership for healthcare applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong healthcare domain expertise, hands-on architecture and integration experience, and the ability to clearly articulate complex technical designs to both technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the technical architect and lead for healthcare applications, providing end-to-end design oversight and guidance.
Create and maintain detailed low-level designs, including architecture diagrams, flow diagrams, and integration blueprints that clearly communicate system behavior and data flow.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Design and govern integration layers and APIs, ensuring performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
Lead technical discussions, reviews, and decision-making across cross-functional teams.
Provide mentorship and technical direction to development and integration teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
Communication & Leadership Excellent communication, articulation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Architecture & Design Strong experience in detailed design and low-level architecture, including creation of flow diagrams and technical documentation.
Ability to define and enforce architectural standards and best practices.
Healthcare Domain
Expertise Deep understanding of the Healthcare domain, with hands-on experience in Medical Management systems, particularly: Utilization Management (UM) Care Management (CM) Familiarity with healthcare workflows, regulatory considerations, and integration patterns.
Integration & API Development Extensive experience designing and implementing integration layers and APIs.
Hands-on expertise with Java and/or .NET-based API frameworks.
Strong understanding of RESTful services, security, error handling, and performance optimization.
Cloud & Azure Experience Proven experience designing, building, and deploying applications in Microsoft Azure.
Hands-on knowledge of Azure services, including but not limited to: Azure Integration Services, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Logic Apps, Azure Functions
Experience with cloud-native architecture, scalability, and reliability best practices.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience working in large-scale healthcare payer or provider environments. Exposure to enterprise integration patterns and hybrid cloud architectures. Prior experience in a technical leadership or architect role within regulated domains.
