We are seeking a Senior .NET Engineer / Tech Lead with strong full-stack development experience to design and build scalable healthcare platform solutions.
This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can contribute to architecture, development, troubleshooting, and delivery while leading a small team of engineers. You will collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, QA teams, and cloud engineers to deliver high-quality healthcare technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Provide technical leadership for a team of 3 engineers, guiding development, design decisions, and code quality.
Lead design discussions, architecture decisions, and technical solutioning for platform features and integrations.
Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in coding, testing, and system design.
Full Stack Development
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using C#, .NET Core, and JavaScript frameworks.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
Develop and support API integrations and API management solutions (APIM).
Cloud & Platform Engineering
Work with cloud-based infrastructure and services in AWS.
Build highly available, secure, and scalable applications suitable for healthcare environments.
Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and monitoring.
Quality & Engineering Excellence
Apply quality engineering (QE) practices including unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
Troubleshoot production issues and lead root cause analysis for complex technical problems.
SDLC & Agile Delivery
Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including design, development, testing, and deployment.
Work in Agile/Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Business Analysts to deliver features aligned with product goals.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of software development experience
Strong expertise in C# and .NET Core
Full stack development experience with JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks
Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices
Hands-on experience with API Management (APIM)
Experience working with AWS cloud services
Strong experience with Agile/Scrum development environments
Solid understanding of SDLC processes
Experience leading or mentoring small development teams
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and system design skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building healthcare or digital health platforms
Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
Exposure to healthcare integrations, APIs, or data platforms
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Knowledge of security and compliance considerations in healthcare systems
Education:
Bachelor s degree in computer science, information Systems, or related discipline.
