Minimum 3+ years of experience with APIc (Azure) integration, file storage, and secure file transfer technologies.

Experience working in Agile methodology, preferably SAFe, delivering solutions within structured timelines.

Hands-on testing experience within Pega 8.x platforms.

Minimum 3+ years of experience supporting deployment and code-merge activities with development teams.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, working with both business and technology stakeholders.

Experience working in an onshore/offshore delivery model, collaborating with offshore teams.

Experience working with GitHub, RTC, and automation tools.

Minimum 3+ years of experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, and IBM DB2.

1 3 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud.

1 3 years of experience with APIc (AWS), Benz (AWS), Braze (SaaS), and authentication protocols.

Experience with IVR technologies such as Avaya, Cisco, and Chatbot platforms.

Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA).
