Job Overview

• OCM Change Process Led to support enterprise transformation initiatives. This role will lead organizational change strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working across business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities for large-scale transformation programs
• Develop and execute change management plans, including impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness evaluations
• Drive end-user adoption through effective communication, training, and engagement strategies
• Partner with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to align change initiatives with business objectives
• Create and deliver communication plans, leadership messaging, and executive updates
• Design and oversee training and enablement strategies
• Identify adoption risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Track and report change metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management
• Strong knowledge of OCM frameworks (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or similar)
• Proven experience supporting enterprise-level transformations
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with cross-functional business and IT teams
• Experience in Guidewire Insurance or P&C Insurance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prosci Change Management Certification
• Experience in Agile or SAFe environments
