Must-Haves (Concepts & Tools):

Senior Developer: 7-10 years as a Salesforce Developer. Should have the aptitude to evolve into an Architect

Strong Government Cloud experience is required for the Senior role. Should have prior experience with either Sales, Service, and/or Manufacturing as well

Mid‑Level Developer: 5+ years of Salesforce development experience; preferred experience with Government Cloud but commercial experience in Sales, Service, or Manufacturing Cloud is acceptable.

Looking for developers, not administrators or architects. Must be hands on.
