Summary

Job Title: Technician Standard II

Location: Washington, DC 20433 (100% onsite from Day 1.)

Duration: 6 Months Long Term extensions

The ideal candidate will:

Have a proven track record in technical support and troubleshooting.
Demonstrate strong customer service and client relationship management skills.
Have experience with mobile device management and asset lifecycle management.
Have experience with ticket management systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar platforms.
Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Have experience managing technical incidents, vendor escalations, and driving issues through resolution.
Demonstrate project management or project coordination experience, including managing deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
Understand service management principles, including SLAs, KPIs, and Experience Level Agreements (XLA), with a strong focus on client experience and satisfaction.
Be able to independently own operational issues from identification through resolution, coordinating across Product, Engineering, Vendors, and Business
Stakeholders.
