Summary

Title: Lead Business System Analyst

Location: Dallas TX, Westerville OH, Phoenix AZ or Remote

Duration: 12 Month

Experience in Loan Ops applications such as FIS ACBS/CLS Servicing, IBS, Loan Origination systems etc.
Must have product knowledge of FIS ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System), including loan lifecycle and core banking processes.
Must have product knowledge of FIS IBS (International Banking System), with experience in commercial and corporate lending platforms.
In addition, Understanding of SQL, data extraction, APIs, and system integrations (understanding as BSA)
Commercial Lending and US banking experience is must.
Lead business requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for lending and credit initiatives.
Work closely with business stakeholders, operations, and technology teams to ensure clear and complete requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
Support UAT planning and execution, including defect management and business sign-off.
Ensure alignment with banking standards, controls, and regulatory requirements.
