In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives within Software Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to software deliverables. You will analyze engineering challenges and build scalable, high-quality full stack applications supporting IT Asset Management. This role blends software development expertise with infrastructure knowledge to create solutions that improve operational efficiency and system reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Angular and Java.
- Build and support RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Work with SQL Server for data management, querying, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to integrate applications with existing systems.
- Develop tools and automation supporting IT Asset Management processes.
- Contribute across the full SDLC including development, testing, and deployment.
- Leverage CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across front-end and back-end systems.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
Technical Skills:- Strong full stack development experience with Angular and Java.
- Experience building RESTful APIs and working with SQL Server.
- Background in technology infrastructure (Windows/Linux/DBA/Network, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and microservices architecture.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or SRE/DevOps practices.
