Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) / Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Technical Lead to design, implement, and optimize real‑time, cross‑channel customer journeys. This role is hands‑on and technical, serving as the subject matter expert responsible for journey orchestration, AEP architecture, identity resolution, integrations, and platform troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer, strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform fundamentals, and the ability to translate complex marketing and business requirements into scalable, secure, and high‑performing technical solutions aligned with Adobe best practices.
Experience
• 6+ years of experience in marketing technology or enterprise application development
• Proven hands‑on experience delivering Adobe Journey Optimizer solutions
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams

Key Responsibilities
Adobe Journey Optimizer Delivery
• Lead the design, development, and optimization of real‑time, cross‑channel customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Configure and manage journeys leveraging events and segments, including complex logic for entry, re‑entry, throttling, and exit conditions.
• Orchestrate customer engagement across channels including email, push, SMS, in‑app, and web.
Adobe Experience Platform Architecture
• Architect and implement AEP solutions, including XDM schemas, datasets, profiles, identity namespaces, and merge policies.
• Partner with data and architecture teams to design, troubleshoot, and optimize identity resolution and profile stitching.
• Ensure solutions align with Adobe reference architectures, governance standards, and best practices.
Integration & Troubleshooting
• Design and oversee integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Diagnose and resolve complex platform, data, and journey execution issues using logs, monitoring tools, and AEP diagnostics.
• Support sandbox strategy, environment promotion, release readiness, and post‑deployment validation.
Collaboration & Delivery
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and solution leads in Agile delivery teams.
• Lead technical discussions and clearly communicate solutions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Translate complex business and marketing requirements into scalable, secure, and performant implementations.
Qualifications
• Strong hands‑on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform.
• Deep understanding of customer data modeling, identity resolution, and journey orchestration.
• Solid SQL skills with experience working on large, relational datasets.
• Proven experience integrating enterprise platforms via APIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead technical solution design and navigate complex technical scenarios.
