Baer is looking for SuccessFactors EC and EC Time Global Lead Consultant for a 6+ month remote project.
Title: SuccessFactors EC and EC Time Global Lead Consultant
Location: Hybrid + Travel
Duration: 6 months - 40 Hours Per Week
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or Individual C2C (Vendors Not Permitted)
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) & EC Time Global Lead Consultant to lead global solution design and delivery for a multi-country implementation. The ideal candidate will provide functional leadership, collaborate with business stakeholders across regions, and ensure successful execution from design through deployment.
Description:

• Serve as the Global Lead Consultant for SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and EC Time.
• Lead global solution design and oversee configuration activities delivered by the global implementation team.
• Ensure system design aligns with HR business processes, global standards, and best practices.
• Act as the primary functional liaison for business stakeholders across Canada, Greece, and the EU.
• Facilitate global design workshops, testing cycles, deployment, and rollout activities.
• Provide guidance throughout all project phases, including design, testing, and production deployment.
• Mentor junior consultants and support regional project teams.
• Participate in on-site testing and project activities as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading global SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and EC Time implementations.
• Strong knowledge of HR business processes and SuccessFactors best practices.
• Experience leading global solution design and overseeing configuration activities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional, and cross-cultural teams.
• Willingness to travel to Canada and the EU for project and testing activities.
• Valid U.S. passport.
• Experience working on long-term, multi-phase global transformation projects is preferred.
