Baer is looking for SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Global Lead for a 6+ month remote project
Title: SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Global Lead
Location: Hybrid + Travel
Duration: 6 months - 40 Hours Per Week
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or Individual C2C (Vendors Not Permitted)
Overview:
The SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Global Lead is responsible for leading the global design, governance, and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions. This role partners with HR and business stakeholders to ensure the EC solution aligns with global business processes, supports organizational objectives, and follows best practices.
Description:

• Serve as the Global Lead for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
• Lead global solution design, governance, and functional configuration.
• Ensure alignment with global HR processes, business requirements, and compliance standards.
• Partner with business stakeholders and regional teams to deliver scalable EC solutions.
• Lead design workshops, testing, deployments, and production releases.
• Drive continuous improvement, issue resolution, and adherence to global best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Payroll, Time, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Integrations.
• Mentor consultants and provide functional leadership across global projects.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations and support.
• Strong expertise in EC configuration and global HR processes.
• Proven experience leading global projects and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• SAP SuccessFactors EC certification preferred.
• Experience in Agile and global delivery environments is a plus.
