Required Technical Skills:

10+ years of program management experience with a proven track record of delivering business value in the world of data & analytics
7+ years’ experience managing cross functional projects for large organizations
7+ years’ experience successfully managing large programs with multiple sub-projects and project managers
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, proven ability to track and execute finance and revenue projects, detail- oriented and able to juggle multiple projects and tasks Understanding and ability to work in a matrix management environment
Understanding the Software Development Lifecycle and Agile Software development practices in the context of data analytics
Outstanding organizational, detail-oriented, communication, and interpersonal skills
Able to work well in a cross-functional environment
Complete ownership and ability to solve problems
Ability to be flexible with a positive attitude and learn quickly in a dynamic environment Ability to be productive in a fast-paced culture with a minimal direction (self-starter will be a plus)
Motivates and drives others to succeed
Bachelor's Degree

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $60.00 - $65.00 /hour. As a non-exempt position, this role will be eligible for overtime, at 1.5 times the base rate, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits including medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings account option for qualified medical plan enrollments, accrual of up to 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, travel reimbursement, accommodations for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus. Sick leave and mobile phone reimbursement as required by state or local law.
