Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Cross-Functional Lead / Integration Lead / Solution Architect with strong hands-on expertise to drive end-to-end SAP solution design and integration across multiple modules. This role will play a critical part in ensuring seamless business process alignment, integrated solution architecture, and successful program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional design discussions across SAP modules including MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, EWM, QM, PM, IBP, and TM
  • Drive end-to-end business process integration across workstreams (O2C, P2P, P2P, R2R, P2P, etc.)
  • Act as the primary functional liaison between business stakeholders and SAP teams
  • Validate functional design documents, configurations, and WRICEF objects
  • Identify cross-module dependencies and proactively resolve integration issues
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions, fit-gap analysis, and solution workshops
  • Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, BASIS, PI/PO, BTP) for integrated delivery
  • Ensure alignment of WRICEF development with overall solution architecture
  • Lead cutover planning, data migration, and go-live readiness activities
  • Drive process standardization, harmonization, and SAP best practices adoption
  • Recommend improvements leveraging S/4HANA, BTP, Fiori, and emerging technologies (AI/ML)
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong hands-on experience as SAP Cross-Functional Lead / Integration Lead / Solution Architect
  • Deep knowledge of S/4HANA end-to-end processes:
    • Order-to-Cash (O2C)
    • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
    • Plan-to-Produce (P2P)
    • Record-to-Report (R2R)
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional workshops and solution design sessions
  • Strong understanding of multi-module SAP integrations
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Experience working with large, cross-functional, global teams
Nice to Have
  • Experience in Automotive / Manufacturing industry
  • Exposure to SAP BTP, Fiori, and advanced analytics / AI capabilities
