Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Engagement/Delivery Manager with 15+ years of experience in leading large-scale, cross-functional SAP programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP implementations, stakeholder management at executive levels, and end-to-end delivery across multiple SAP modules. This role requires deep functional integration knowledge and the ability to manage complex global delivery models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including milestones, dependencies, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Manage global delivery models and coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
• Engage with senior leadership (CXO/CEO/CFO level) for project updates, strategy alignment, and decision-making.
• Drive stakeholder management, communication, and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment across SAP modules.
• Lead cross-functional integration across modules such as MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, EWM, QM, PM, IBP, and TM.
• Conduct requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution demonstrations.
• Manage dependencies across workstreams and mitigate risks and conflicts proactively.
• Oversee WRICEF objects and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Support cutover planning, data migration, and go-live readiness activities.
• Drive process standardization, harmonization, and adoption of SAP best practices.
• Manage change requests, documentation, and compliance with project governance standards.
• Provide post-go-live support and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of SAP project management experience with full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong expertise across multiple SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, etc.).
• Proven experience in manufacturing, automotive, or similar industries.
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, Record-to-Report).
• Experience working with global delivery models and large distributed teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with executive leadership.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration.
• Familiarity with SAP technologies such as ABAP, BASIS, PI/PO, and BTP.
• Knowledge of third-party system integrations.
• PMP or SAP certification is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
