Job Title: SAP FICO Architect (with strong experience of S/4HANA Migration)
Location: Remote (Dallas, TX - Local Or near by candidates Only)
Duration: W2 /1099 Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Architect with strong hands-on expertise in S/4HANA migration and transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SAP Finance modules, lead business workshops, and drive end-to-end S/4HANA implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead SAP FICO architecture and solution design for S/4HANA migration/implementation
Conduct workshops, requirement gathering, and solution discussions with stakeholders
Analyze ECC systems and define S/4HANA migration strategies (Brownfield/Greenfield)
Drive Finance transformation across GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, COPA, and Product Costing
Configure and support SAP FICO solutions in S/4HANA
Work on Central Finance, Universal Journal, New GL, and cross-module integrations
Support data migration, reconciliation, and cutover activities
Lead testing (SIT/UAT) and provide production support
Collaborate with technical teams on interfaces and integrations
Mentor team members and ensure delivery quality

Required Skills:

10+ years of SAP FICO experience
Strong hands-on experience in S/4HANA migration/implementation
Expertise in SAP FICO configuration and architecture
Experience with Brownfield/Greenfield approaches
Strong knowledge of:
- Universal Journal, Central Finance
- New Asset Accounting, Credit Management, Revenue Recognition
Integration experience with MM, SD, PP, Treasury (Ariba is a plus)
Experience with data migration tools (LSMW, Migration Cockpit, BODS)
Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
Experience with SAP Activate methodology

Preferred Skills:

SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification
Experience in global rollouts
Exposure to FSCM, Group Reporting, or SAC
Agile/Scrum experience
Experience managing offshore/onshore teams
