  • Integration Strategy: Define and oversee integration patterns using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Cloud Integration (CPI), and other integration methods to ensure seamless data flow between HR, Finance, and third-party vendors.
  • Security & Compliance: Design comprehensive security roles and RBP (Role-Based Permissions) frameworks to protect sensitive PII data while ensuring GDPR/SOX compliance.
  • Technical Governance: Evaluate custom developments vs. "Clean Core" standards in S/4HANA to minimize technical debt.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between HR Business Partners, IT Infrastructure, and C-suite leadership to align technical roadmaps with business value.

Job Related Experience

    • Proven experience designing secure HCM integrations.
    • Strong understanding of HR data models, roles, permissions, and compliance.
    • Experience working in complex, regulated enterprise environments.

Education Required

Skills Required

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in functional-technical IT, with a focus on SAP HCM technologies and product leadership.
  • Exposure managing enterprise applications, including HCM systems, SaaS and cloud platforms.
  • Leadership experience in governing and providing oversight of internal teams, 3rd party integrators, consultants, and vendors through various initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, DevSecOps, and modern product delivery practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels and manage global or cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
