Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile delivery, Jira and Jira Align administration and training, and program reporting, and a proven ability to drive cross-functional change, implement scalable processes, and deliver complex initiatives to defined timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Manage cross-functional and inter-departmental projects for Line of Business products, processes, and employee readiness.
- Develop change sustainment plans, evaluate current methods, and implement improvement strategies.
- Oversee projects using appropriate tools to drive completion and serve as a secondary point of contact for critical change initiatives.
- Create and deliver training presentations for the implementation of Jira Align across multiple Lines of Business within International Technology and Global Payment Solution Technology (ITGPST).
- Conduct big room training sessions and enable stakeholder adoption of Agile tools and practices.
- Develop, maintain, and report an integrated delivery plan, identify risks, define mitigations, and escalate issues to stakeholders as needed.
- Build and quality-check testing evidence documentation and training materials for accuracy and completeness.
- Use Excel to monitor and report program KPIs, quality metrics, and compliance status with clear insights for senior leadership.
- Manage multiple high-profile and technical projects to tight deadlines while supporting Business Management functions as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Agile tools, including Jira and Jira Align.
- Advanced Excel reporting skills, including Pivot Tables, Filters, VLOOKUP, and IF statements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical writing capability.
- Experience conducting large-group or big room training sessions.
- Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
Preferred Skills:
- SPC, RTE, or Scrum Master certification.
- Experience as an Agile Scrum Master or Agile Business Analyst.
- Strong PowerPoint skills for executive-ready training and status materials.
Role Logistics
- Start date is fixed due to business need. Candidates must be able to meet the outlined start date.
- Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.
