Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior FedOps Engineer with strong expertise in DevOps automation, Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), and ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting automated operational workflows across cloud-based and enterprise infrastructure environments. The role focuses on event-driven automation, infrastructure automation, incident remediation, and platform reliability within highly regulated environments.
The candidate will collaborate with development, security, infrastructure, and operations teams to improve service delivery, automate repetitive tasks, and ensure system availability, security, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support event-driven automation solutions using the FedOps framework.

Build, maintain, and optimize automation workflows using Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).

Develop reusable and scalable Ansible playbooks for automated remediation, self-healing, and operational workflows.

Configure and manage AAP job templates, workflow templates, RBAC, and secure execution environments.

Integrate automation workflows with ServiceNow, REST APIs, and enterprise infrastructure platforms.

Automate incident response, alert remediation, infrastructure provisioning, and operational activities.

Support onboarding of applications and use cases into the FedOps framework.

Troubleshoot automation failures and improve operational reliability.

Develop automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, or Shell scripting.

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation processes.

Monitor system performance, identify operational issues, and implement preventive solutions.

Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and operational standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve automation efficiency and platform reliability.
