Senior Network Operations Lead – Enterprise Networking & Security

Grand Rapids, MI (Hybrid)

Contract (18 Months)

Seeking a hands-on Senior Network Operations Lead to support enterprise networking and security operations in a hybrid environment based in Grand Rapids (3 days onsite). The ideal candidate will lead NOC operations, mentor L1/L2 engineers, manage incident response, and troubleshoot complex network issues across routing, switching, wireless, firewalls, SD-WAN, VPNs, and cloud networking.

Required experience includes Palo Alto and Juniper firewalls, Cisco/Juniper switching, BGP routing, SD-WAN, F5 load balancing, Azure/Google Cloud Platform networking, and enterprise monitoring tools. Strong troubleshooting, operational leadership, documentation, and communication skills are essential. Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, or CISSP are preferred
