Role Description:
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Leveraging your expertise in ServiceNow, you will create seamless, user-friendly workflows and automated processes enhancing operational efficiency for our client.
This role demands collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure technical deliverables meet organizational goals and adhere to industry and ServiceNow best practices. A strong background in ServiceNow development and implementation, coupled with proactive problem-solving skills, is essential. Adaptability to changing project requirements and delivering results in a fast-paced environment will make you a valuable team asset.
Certified System Administrator (CSA) required and Certified Application Developer (CAD) desired
· Demonstrate expertise in certified system administrator and application development on platform for ServiceNow.- Demonstrate expertise in application development on platform for ServiceNow.
· Minimum of 3 years on platform and 7+ years of relative experience.
· SAM or ITSM development desired: Experience with Software Asset Management (SAM) or IT Assets Management (ITSAM) desired not required.
· CIS SAM or HAM certification (Plus)
- Integration Experience with integrating other IT systems and platforms.
