Role Overview

Client is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep healthcare domain expertise, hands-on Salesforce development experience, and proven ability to drive enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions while ensuring compliance, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate healthcare workflows into Salesforce capabilities.
• Define integration strategies with EHR/EMR systems using HL7, FHIR, REST, SOAP, and MuleSoft.
• Ensure data security and compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and PHI protection requirements.
• Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers, admins, and integration teams.
• Oversee data modeling, integration design, and security architecture.
• Establish and enforce Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and DevOps processes.
• Support the full delivery lifecycle: design, build, deployment, release management, and optimization.
• Act as the go-to Salesforce Health Cloud expert for governance, scalability, and solution excellence.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 4+ years as a Salesforce Technical Architect.
• Proven hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data models, care plans, and provider-patient relationships.
• Expertise across Salesforce core clouds: Sales, Service, and Experience.
• Skilled in Salesforce platform development: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Process Builder.
• Proficiency in API-based integrations: REST, SOAP, HL7, FHIR, and middleware (MuleSoft preferred).
• Knowledge of Salesforce security and compliance, including HIPAA and PHI data protection.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools: SFDX, Copado, Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex Salesforce concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Agile/SAFe methodology expertise, including sprint planning, estimation, and ceremonies.
