We are looking for a skilled and motivated Android Open Source Project (AOSP) Engineer who is passionate about building, inspecting, and customizing AOSP to power innovative solutions on proprietary hardware platforms.
What You Will Do:- Designs, develops, tests, debugs and implements operating systems components, software tools and utilities.
- Android Open Source Project (AOSP) skills are important.
- Determines systems software design requirements.
- Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency.
- Generates systems software engineering policies, standards and procedures.
What You Will Need:Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
- 4+ years of work experience
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Kotlin, Java, Python, and C/C++
- Expertise with AOSP (Android Open Source Project)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with additional operating systems, including Linux and RTOS
- Hands-on experience with electronics testing methodologies and diagnostic tools
- Ability to design and develop new components using established software design principles and patterns
- Experience supporting integration, build, and deployment processes across complex systems
- $102,600 - $171,000 USD Annual
