The Essentials
Role: SAP Configuration & Pricing Services (CPS) Consultant
Term: 6+ Months (Contract)
Pay: $65/hr (W2 Only)
Experience Level: Mid–Senior
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’re the architect behind the models that power sophisticated product configurations. You won’t just be sitting in the background, you’ll be collaborating with stakeholders and dev teams to make sure everything from ECC to S/4HANA runs like a well-oiled machine.
Design & Configure: Build CPS models including characteristics, rules, constraints, and complex product structures.
Pricing Logic: Take charge of discounts, surcharges, and condition rules to ensure high-performance workflows.
Seamless Integration: Connect CPS with SAP ERP, e-commerce platforms, and guided selling tools.
Data Command: Drive data migration, validation, and reconciliation—from mapping templates to go-live cutovers.
The Agile Grind: Stay active in team meetings, sprint updates, and continuous process improvements.
Your Technical Toolkit
We need someone who has been through the fire. This role requires 7+ years of total IT experience with a deep focus on the SAP ecosystem.
Core Requirements:
SAP Veteran: Minimum of 8 years of overall SAP experience.
The Track Record: At least 2 full life cycle SAP CPS implementations under your belt.
Process Pro: Strong background in SAP configuration, pricing, and Quote-to-Cash processes.
Delivery Savvy: Experience working within onsite/offshore delivery models.
Communication: Top-tier problem-solving skills and the ability to manage tight deadlines without breaking a sweat.
The Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points)
Experience with data migration and transformation rules.
Familiarity with guided selling applications.
Exposure to API-driven architectures and SAP integrations.
A deep understanding of enterprise-level product and pricing data models.
