Summary

Job Title: Salesforce Architect Location: Boston, Massachusetts (Hybrid)

Job Description:
Salesforce Architect responsible for defining solution architecture and technical roadmap for Salesforce programs across Sales, Service, Experience, and Analytics Clouds. Duties include designing end-to-end Salesforce architecture, integration architecture (API-led and event-driven patterns), data architecture, and security governance. Review existing implementations to improve performance, security, and reusability; establish best practices, reference architectures, and guardrails for delivery teams. Collaborate with enterprise architects and stakeholders to support estimations and delivery planning. Ensure deployment quality through CI/CD processes (Copado) and maintain strong documentation (HLD/LLD). Required skills: large-scale enterprise implementations, scalability and performance considerations, knowledge of GIT, JIRA, Jenkins or other automation pipelines, exposure to Salesforce DevOps, monitoring, or debugging tools. Preferred certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I/II and Application Architect.
