You'll work on highly visible initiatives leveraging
cutting-edge Generative AI and multi-agent systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions.
What You'll Do- Design, build, and support a scalable agentic AI framework
- Develop and deploy intelligent agents with built-in guardrails, monitoring, and controls
- Create multi-agent orchestration systems using modern LLM and GenAI technologies
- Work within AWS environments (Bedrock, SageMaker, Agent frameworks)
- Apply unsupervised machine learning techniques to improve agent reasoning and autonomy
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and business teams to bring AI solutions into production
What We're Looking For- 2+ years of experience in AI / ML (open to junior through Senior candidates)
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and agent-based architectures
- Experience building or contributing to multi-agent systems or orchestration frameworks
- Knowledge of unsupervised machine learning
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with PyTorch
- Experience working within AWS environments, including Bedrock, SageMaker, or similar AI services
Nice to Have- Experience with AI governance, risk controls, or monitoring frameworks
- Background in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, etc.)
- Passion for building production-ready AI systems and driving innovation

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $85.00/hr.
