Job Description:

Customizes and configures Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business needs using workflows plugins and custom entities
Build D365 CRM Integration with other systems using tools like Azure Data Factory Power Platform connectors and custom APIs
Troubleshoots and resolves D365 CRM issues optimizing performance and data integrity
Provides enduser training and support ensuring smooth adoption of new features
Stays updated on latest CRM features and best practices proactively suggesting improvements
Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements translating them into technical solutions
Creates clear technical documentation and userfriendly guides
Ensures data security and compliance within CRM implementing necessary safeguards
Participates in rigorous testing and quality assurance processes
