Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience leading IT products and enterprise technology initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in product strategy, requirements definition, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional delivery. This role will drive the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, ensuring alignment between business goals, user needs, and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and long‑term strategy for IT solutions.
• Translate business objectives into actionable product goals and measurable outcomes.
• Conduct market, user, and competitive analysis to inform product direction.

Requirements & Prioritization

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, effort, and dependencies.
• Ensure clarity and alignment across engineering, design, QA, and business teams.

Delivery & Execution

• Partner with engineering teams to plan releases, manage scope, and ensure timely delivery.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release readiness activities.
• Monitor product performance, adoption, and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Stakeholder & Customer Management

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.
• Facilitate workshops, demos, and requirement sessions with internal and external partners.
• Manage expectations, communicate progress, and escalate risks proactively.

Cross‑Functional Leadership

• Collaborate with UX/UI, engineering, QA, DevOps, and support teams to deliver high‑quality products.
• Drive alignment across teams and ensure smooth execution across the product lifecycle.

Governance, Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure product decisions align with IT governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Maintain product documentation, release notes, and operational readiness materials.
• Support change management and training activities for product rollouts.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles within IT or enterprise technology.
• Proven track record of delivering complex IT products or platforms end‑to‑end.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and enterprise IT environments.
• Background in AI‑enabled products and automation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Familiarity with data governance, integration patterns, and API‑driven architectures.
• Product certifications (CSPO, SAFe PM/PO, Pragmatic PM, etc.).
• Experience working with distributed or global teams.
