We have an exciting opportunity for a ServiceNow Developer based in Austin, TX,USA. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can build scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform and contribute to enterprise-level implementations.
In this role, you will design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on Service Catalog, workflows, and record producers. You will work extensively on both server-side and client-side scripting, including Business Rules, Script Includes, and other platform components. The position requires building highly performant web applications while ensuring code quality, scalability, and adherence to best practices. You will also be responsible for testing code, resolving defects, and collaborating closely with QA teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
You will lead and support project implementations, working on process automation and delivering solutions within defined timelines. The role involves identifying risks, communicating concerns to stakeholders, and providing clear deployment instructions. Maintaining detailed documentation for code, functionality, and project updates will be a key responsibility.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including strong expertise in Service Catalog, workflows, and scripting (both server-side and client-side). Experience in building efficient and scalable applications, along with strong debugging and problem-solving skills, is essential. Exposure to the HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) module will be an added advantage.
Candidates should have excellent communication skills, the ability to lead tasks independently, and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
