Job Description:

Position Summary

Our client is seeking a hands-on Director of Information Technology to lead and execute the Company's IT strategy across its five operating entities. This is a working leadership role, not a purely strategic or administrative position.

This position will report to Client's CEO, with a dotted-line relationship to the CFO.

Qualifications:

Required

10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with depth across the full IT stack (infrastructure, networking, end-user support, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications)
Demonstrated experience managing IT for multi-entity or multi-location organizations
Direct supervisory experience leading and evaluating internal IT staff
Experience selecting and managing third-party technology partners
Strong project and vendor management experience, including oversight of large implementations led by external providers
Experience supporting or providing technical oversight of ERP environments (implementation, optimization, or long-term ownership)
Working knowledge of cybersecurity practices and compliance frameworks, with experience preparing for or supporting audits
Strong communicator able to translate IT for executive leadership and business stakeholders
