Experience: 5-10 years in program management or operations within a technology company.

Technical Data Skills: Must be able to write SQL to query databases and possess advanced proficiency in Salesforce (navigating objects, creating reports, and extracting data).

Process Improvement: Proven track record of streamlining operational processes between marketing and program teams.

Additional Qualifications

Background in growth-stage internet or software companies.

Experience with financial analysis and budget management to evaluate partner-related ROI.

Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Agile (Scrum, Lean).
