.NET Programmer III

Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid/Onsite as Required)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced .NET Programmer III to join an enterprise application development team supporting mission-critical business systems. This role involves designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining web-based and enterprise applications using modern Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with .NET, Angular, Azure DevOps, AWS Cloud Migration, Agile methodologies, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise web applications using .NET technologies and Angular.
• Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop technical documentation, system specifications, and application designs.
• Build secure, reusable, and scalable application components following SDLC and security best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and project planning sessions.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, and system testing.
• Troubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Create and maintain test plans, test scripts, and technical documentation.
• Support change management, configuration management, and application deployments.
• Develop user guides and provide end-user support and training when needed.
• Evaluate enhancement requests and recommend technical solutions.
• Work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience developing applications using .NET technologies.
• 6+ years of experience with Angular.
• 6+ years of experience using Azure DevOps.
• 6+ years of experience supporting AWS Cloud Migration initiatives.
• Strong experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience implementing Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and secure coding practices.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Playwright for automated integration testing.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps.
• Experience developing enterprise-level business applications.
• Strong understanding of application security and cloud technologies.
