About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Software QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both manual and automated testing, a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, and hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools. You will work closely with development teams to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for software applications
• Participate in test planning, test case design, and defect tracking
• Utilize test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, and Robot Framework
• Write scripts using languages like Python, Java, or C++ to support automated testing
• Identify, analyze, and report software defects and issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality and timely delivery
• Work in an Agile development environment and participate in Scrum ceremonies
• Conduct NI Platform Validation and testing as required
• Utilize Vector tools such as CANalyzer, CANoe, and CANape for testing
• Ensure adherence to best practices, continuous improvement, and quality standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 3 6 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or related roles
• Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing
• Strong knowledge of test planning, test case design, automation, and defect tracking
• Proficiency with test automation tools: Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Robot Framework
• Programming/scripting experience: Python, Java, C++
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
• Experience in Agile development environments
• Experience with NI Platform Validation and Vector tools (CANalyzer, CANoe, CANape)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with continuous integration (CI) pipelines and testing in CI/CD
