Sr Tech Build Lead (2 openings)

Role: Developer

Location: Remote/WFH

Duration: 5 months+ contract

Must Have Skillset:

ServiceNow Integrations, ITSM, & CMDB development experience. Need onshore ServiceNow developers.

Experience: 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance solutions supporting critical infrastructure modernization initiatives.
Configure and customize ITSM and ITOM capabilities, including Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, CMDB, Discovery and related processes.
Develop workflows, integrations, automation, to improve operational resilience and service delivery.
Build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems using REST APIs, web services, and middleware platforms.
Support compliance, audit, governance, and security requirements within highly regulated environments.
Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, cybersecurity, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Required Skills

Strong development experience in ServiceNow Platform, ITSM/ITOM
Hands-on experience with ITSM and ITOM modules, including CMDB, Discovery, Change Management, and Incident Management.
Proficiency in JavaScript, API integrations (REST/SOAP), workflow automation, and scripting.
Experience developing solutions within regulated industries such as Utilities, Energy, Government, Healthcare, Financial Services, or Telecommunications.
Understanding of ITIL processes, operational resilience, compliance, and audit controls.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting critical infrastructure modernization or digital transformation programs.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform) and enterprise integrations.
ServiceNow CSA/CAD/CIS certifications preferred.
