About this PositionPrimerica is seeking an Data Analyst intern This role will support the Enterprise Data Management (EDM) team assigned to building the Rep Data mart. The duties will be consistent with the role of a business analyst on a project team: interviewing stakeholders to collect requirements, business rules and process flows to produce documentation required to establish data marts.
Salary range is $18-$22 per hour, depending on the student's undergraduate level. Salary ranges for graduate students may vary.
Responsibilities & Qualifications- Requirements gathering & documentation - collecting requirements from stakeholders and documenting them in functional specifications, user stories, or Jira tickets.
- Interview stakeholders to document quality rules and business /data requirements to support the building of data marts
- Project support & communications - Assist in tracking tasks and projects, and follow-up
- Mapping current business processes, workflows, and procedures
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum educational requirements - some college (areas of study: technology, computer science, business)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience / exposure to the technical aspects of a business process(es)
