Job Description :
- Develop, automate, and maintain weekly and monthly digital and marketing performance reporting routines and dashboards.
- Support the design, testing, and implementation of AI-enabled reporting and analytics agents.
- Develop and enhance KPI frameworks, scorecards, and operational performance metrics.
- Proactively monitor production, balances, and marketing performance data to identify anomalies, trends, and risks.
- Perform root cause analysis and partner with business, data, and technology teams to resolve performance variances.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and standardize reporting processes through automation.
- Define, implement, and monitor metrics and controls to ensure adherence to business processes and governance standards.
- Document and standardize reporting methodologies, KPI definitions, and AI-enabled processes.
Required Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's Degree is required.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in business analysis, reporting, analytics, process improvement, or performance management.
Technical Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization skills.
- Experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting and analytics tools.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
