Overview:
Location: New York, NY
Salary: $105,000 - $115,000

We are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator who will support our client with enterprise IT service management operations through administration, configuration, and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform. This role is responsible for maintaining core platform functionality, supporting integrations, and ensuring the reliability of ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and related administrative processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong platform knowledge, hands-on technical experience, and the ability to support upgrades, testing, and ongoing operational improvements.

Duties:

Administer and support the ServiceNow platform, including core ITSM modules
Perform CMDB administration, including CI lifecycle management and data integrity oversight
Configure and maintain ITOM/Event Management and alert administration processes
Support and maintain integrations with enterprise monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, SolarWinds, and Dynatrace
Administer certificate management processes within the platform
Support contract management lifecycle administration
Develop, configure, and maintain REST/SOAP WebAPI integrations and Integration Hub connections
Configure and customize ServiceNow components including Business Rules, ACLs, workflows, and related platform features
Support platform upgrades, regression testing, and release validation activities
Create and maintain JavaScript-based scripts including business rules and client scripts
Troubleshoot platform issues and support ongoing system improvements and operational stability

Mandatory Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or combination of experience and education
4+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform administration, including ITSM modules
4+ years of experience in CMDB administration, CI lifecycle management, and data integrity
3+ years of experience in ITOM/Event Management configuration and alert administration
3+ years of experience supporting monitoring tool integrations, including AppDynamics, SolarWinds, and Dynatrace
3+ years of experience with certificate management
3+ years of experience with contract management lifecycle administration
4+ years of experience with REST/SOAP WebAPI integrations and Integration Hub
4+ years of experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization, including Business Rules, ACLs, and workflows
4+ years of experience supporting platform upgrades, regression testing, and release validation
3+ years of experience with JavaScript scripting, including business rules and client scripts
