Job Details- Minimum 5 years of experience practicing as a licensed attorney in California
- Substantial experience drafting pleadings and handling written discovery
- Strong legal research and motion practice experience
- Civil litigation background required
- Construction law experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and produce high-quality work product in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commitment to client service and teamwork
